What are your Corporate Gift Services?
As part of our Corporate Gift Services, we offer:
- Custom corporate gifts designed specifically to your specifications.
This can include mixing and matching themes - Coffee and Chocolate for example - or including products not usually available in our inventory. Corporate gifts and gift baskets have virtually no limitations!
- Gifts personalized with your company's own promotional items.
Include company logo items such as coffee mugs, calendars, mouse pads, t-shirts, and pens. You provide us with the items and we'll include them in your corporate baskets - free of charge.
- Volume Discounts on your corporate orders. Corporate customers can save up to 10% by becoming a Corporate Account.
$1,500 - $2,999: 5% $3,000 - $4,999: 8.5% Over $5,000: 10%
Standard Discounts are offered on orders placed for delivery February through October.
Holiday Discounts are applied to orders placed for delivery November through January. These orders must be placed with a 50% deposit by October 31st!
We don't offer Corporate Discounts of ANY KIND for orders placed after the October 31st deadline!

How do I Update or Change My Order?
If you discover a need to change or update your order, please call us as soon as possible at: 1-253-531-4384 Please have your order number ready when you call. Monday through Friday 8am-6pm PST.
Can I Place a Telephone Order?

Do you accept International Orders?
At this time, we are not able to accept international orders or credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States. We are unable to ship to APO addresses or US territories.
Can I place a Delayed Delivery Date order?
Customers placing Delayed Delivery Date orders should place their orders by calling us, filling out our “contact us” form or send us an email and we will contact you. Orders submitted as “Delay Delivery” will be charged when the order is placed.
How can I make a payment for my order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Like many online shopping sites which use credit card authorization and processing, we charge our customer's credit card on the day the order is placed. Unless the order specifically requests a Delayed Delivery Date, all orders are shipped within 1 business day after creation and assembly.
Do you offer specials or discounts?
Please note that only 1 discount code may be applied to a purchase. Discount codes may not be combined with other discounts.
Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
As required by Washington state law, we apply Destination based State and Local sales taxes to all purchases (including shipping charges) shipped to Washington state addresses. Purchases shipped to addresses outside the state of Washington are not taxed at this time.
Is it safe to place on order online?
We employ 128 bit SSL encryption which ensures that your credit card information is never compromised. All credit card information is transmitted using the latest security encryption and once the transaction is completed, no credit card information is retained or stored on our server. This online system is 100% secure.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site.
How can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order by selecting the "order status" menu button. Sign into the online store using the username and password you created when you placed your order.
You will see a list of the orders you have placed and the status of each order.
If you would like to view the shipping status of your order, select the order number and at the bottom of the pop up page, will be your UPS tracking number. Simply go to the UPS.com website and enter in the tracking number.
Our Policies & Guarantees
Do you guarantee your products and services?
All products ordered from us are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you or your gift recipient is not completely delighted with the quality or condition of a delivered product, we will unconditionally replace the product(s), or offer a full refund or credit excluding Shipping and Handling - whichever YOU prefer. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We promise to make it right!
Note: FOR CUSTOM GIFT BASKETS Because we create custom gift basket uniquely for your order according to your input, custom gift baskets may not be exchanged or returned. However, contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
What is the return policy?
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims must be made within 2 day of receipt of order. Simply call us to let us know you would like to return the gift basket and for what reason. We will issue you a return authorization number. Then return the gift in its original container. Please include Insurance with the return of the gift. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Our Shipping Information
Do you ship to Hospitals?
We recommend that all gifts for Hospital stays be sent to the recipient’s home. Most hospital “Baby” stays are limited and deliveries are unlikely to arrive prior to the recipient being discharged. As we are unable to guarantee hospital deliveries, we are sorry but no refunds will be given if the patient checks out or cannot be located.
How will my order be shipped?
We use UPS for all shipments. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product weight basis directly from the UPS website.
What information do you need from me in order to ship a basket?
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:
Recipient Name(s) Company Name (if applicable) Street Number and Street Name Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable) Accurate zip code Recipient phone number
Please check your shipping information very carefully. If you are unsure of the exact address, please call the recipient and verify. All orders require a complete and accurate delivery address AND recipient contact phone number. A $10 fee will be charged for address corrections or when a suite, floor or apartment number is not provided. Incomplete or incorrect address information may delay delivery or result in mis-delivery. We cannot honor refund or replacement requests for delayed or mis-delivered gifts resulting from incomplete or incorrect information. If UPS applies address correction charges to your delivery as a result of you furnishing erroneous information, these charges will be billed to your credit card.
Are there UPS shipping restrictions?
Yes, there are important restrictions of which you should be aware:
- UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO boxes or FPO boxes, and our web site will not accept these addresses as a valid shipping address. However, we can arrange to ship to these addresses via USPS on orders placed by phone.
- UPS Ground transit times are not guaranteed. If your gift is time sensitive, we strongly recommend upgrading your shipping to a guaranteed service such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Third Day delivery to ensure that your gift arrives by your expected delivery date.
- Please review the delivery time chart to select the shipment processing and delivery time that best fits your needs.
- UPS drivers, at their sole discretion, may decide to leave a package at a recipient's doorstep if the recipient is not home. This is entirely up to each individual driver (as they are responsible for the package) and can not be "overridden" as a shipping option. While most drivers typically elect to leave packages, they can not be instructed to do so by anyone other than the recipient (some recipient's will have such instructions on file).
What are my shipping / delivery options?
Shipping rates vary by gift basket due to size and weight. You will be given the choice and cost of all available shipping methods during check out. Your options may include:
- Local Courier Delivery - Typically delivered next Bus. day (call for same day)
- Ground - Typically delivered in 3 - 6 Bus. Days following shipping date
- 3 Day Express - Delivered in 3 Bus. Days or less following shipping date
- 2 Day Air - Delivered in 2 Bus. Days or less following shipping date
- Next Day Air - Delivered next Business Day following shipping date
To arrange Next Day Air, Saturday deliveries, please call us. Our web site does not offer this service as UPS may not offer this service to many locations.

Is same day shipping available?
Same Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 1pm PST Monday through Friday only. This service is available for an additional $25.00 charge. Order must be placed by phone and is subject to available basket stock on hand.
Note: During peak periods (the week immediately preceding Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas) orders may not ship until the following Business Day, regardless of what time the order is placed. Please call us if you have concerns.
