Returns / Refund Policy: Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims must be made within 2 day of receipt of order.  Simply call us to let us know you would like to return the gift basket and for what reason. We will issue you a return authorization number. Then return the gift in its original container. Please include Insurance with the return of the gift. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
